Storage : 4 to 6 months -temperature of 0C to 4 C HR< 65%.
Harvest period : October to December.
Region : Tozeur to Kebili.
Condition : with and withoutseeds.
Type : fleshy to semi-fleshywith a water content of 18% to 22%.
